Pioneers has partnered with Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando for discounted rates for Encounter 22. There are a limited number of rooms available, so act fast to reserve your spot! Please note, if you need to stay additional days outside of Friday-Sunday, you can work directly with the hotel to arrange additional nights.
You are welcome to explore other housing options as well. If you choose this option, please keep in mind that you do not want to stay too far away from campus. Pioneers is located at 10123 William Carey Dr. Orlando, FL 32832.

Flights
If you’re traveling by air, we recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO), as it is only 15 minutes from our campus. Each hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from MCO.
Ground Transportation
You will be responsible for getting your party to and from Pioneers each morning before sessions and in the evening when sessions conclude. To see more information on parking and ground transportation, click here.
Dining Options
There are many dining options located across the street from or within minutes of Pioneers. The only meals you are responsible for will be lunch on Friday and Sunday. Your registration for Encounter 22 includes one lunch, two dinners, and snacks at the conference. The hotels offer complimentary breakfasts in the morning.
In case you need to purchase anything else during your stay here in Orlando, there is a Walmart across the street from Pioneers.
